Choose your workspace
Think of a workspace as your own office environment. Each workspace includes a set number of: talk minutes for customers speaking with your agents; incoming calls your agents can handle; and additional features. We’ll match you with the workspace that fits your needs. You simply pay a predictable, flat monthly fee.
Choose your agents
You tell us how many agents you’d like in your workspace, and we charge a one-time setup fee. Think of it as an induction fee. We train your agent and make sure it has access to the correct information. That knowledge can come from your website, PDFs stored with us, or even your existing systems, such as SharePoint.
Accessing your agents
By default agents will be accessed via a phone number. This can be a seperate number to your current number that you simply forward to, or we can look at using your existing office number. You can also access them via your website or even WhatsApp.
What we do
We are right here on the end of the phone if you have any issues with your agent(s). We will monitor their performance, send you a monthly report and ride the usages peaks for you so you can have peace of mind with a flat monthly fee. A fair use policy will apply.
