Chris Sharpe
Chris is our boss man and a genuine nice guy.
He’s always looking for a win‑win and leads the team with a mix of care and strategic oversight. When he’s not guiding the business, you’ll probably find him chasing speed on the racetrack.
Liam Tubridy
Liam, or LT as we refer to him, is our vision guy.
He leads the charge on new and emerging technology with a practical, down‑to‑earth approach. He’s passionate about solving problems - and he never misses a good yarn about the English Premier League.

Peony Smith-Tahere
Peony is one of our Productivity Configurators. Put simply she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make the solutions we uncover and design in our workshops happen. A developer background and a keen lover of travel and fine food, you will often see her running the streets at 4:45am on a Friday as part of a run club she helped found.
Liam Heslop
Liam runs Incendo day to day and is the face of our brand, and our workshops. He’s highly creative, great with people, and brings energy, clarity, and a wicked sense of humour. If you have engaged with Incendo chances are you have spoken with Liam, but please do not encourage his Dad jokes.

Simon has 20+ years helping organisations make change stick by connecting strategy, leadership and ways of working. Pragmatic, curious and never afraid to challenge the norm, he's passionate about helping organisations embrace AI without losing their human touch.
Keira Nesdale - Miss AI
Keira brings five years in venture capital and blockchain, working alongside founders building at the cutting edge of technology. An engineering graduate from Massey University, she hosts the DealFlow and Miss AI podcasts, where she explores how AI is reshaping business. Curious, connected and refreshingly practical, she's passionate about making AI feel less scary and more possible.
